We have a cash desk on every gaming floor.

Here, you can buy gaming tokens and electronic gaming tickets up to an agreed limit on a debit card starting from £50, if you require a different limit you can discuss this with a manager who will agree an appropriate level with you based on documentary evidence and affordability. To set a limit, you must be a member of the casino.

ATM’s are available throughout the Hippodrome Casino and they accept most International debit cards, we do not charge for this service however there may be card issuer fees related to your transaction.

The casino is not permitted to accept credit cards at the cash desk for gaming.

Foreign Currency

We accept a variety of major currencies at very competitive rates with no commission. If you want to buy back your currency just ask and we can hold this for you for an agreed period of time available at the same rate it was initially exchanged at. To exchange money, you must be a member of the casino.

Bank Transfer

If you wish, you can transfer funds from your personal account directly to the casino’s bank. Once reviewed we open a deposit account so that you can start to draw from it whenever you want. Please note, this service is only available during office hours (Monday to Friday).
