For our customers’ safety and comfort dividers are in place at all tables. There is a maximum of three players per table, and it is not currently possible to play at more than one table at any one time. On blackjack, the limit is one player per box.

We are fully committed to the safety of our staff and customers and follow all Government recommendations. These include sanitation stations throughout, meticulous cleaning of all areas, one-way entrance and exit systems, perspex dividers on gaming tables, regular chip cleaning, at-table service for food and drink. Masks should be worn at the gaming tables please, and when walking around the building.

Yes, we can host events for between 10 and 100 people in different areas throughout the Hippodrome including The Magic Mike Theatre (by special request), private dining and meeting rooms, The Boozy Tea Room cocktail lounge, Heliot Steak House restaurant, the Rooftop Terrace and in some of the eight bars. We have presentation facilities available to hire.

We have six floors of gaming including three casinos each with a unique theme – the Grand Casino on the main floor, Lola’s one floor down and our brand new Gods Casino up at the top of the building with spectacular views of the main auditorium.

Electronics and slots are available throughout the building.

Heliot Restaurant is open for dinner every evening from 5pm to 10pm (Sun-Thur) and 5pm to 11pm (Fri-Sat).

Lunch is served on Saturday and Sunday between 1pm and 3pm.

A 24-hour menu is available throughout the Hippodrome too including our spectacular new Rooftop Terrace – 3pm to 2am (Mon-Thur) 12 noon to 5am (Fri-Sun).

Theatre

We have dedicated wheelchair access at the Little Newport Street entrance. There are lifts around the building that provide access to all facilities within the casino (including the Heliot Steak House and the Magic Mike Live Theatre).

The Hippodrome Casino works alongside Nimbus Disability to offer the Access Card. This enables us to provide the support you need in a quick and discreet manner. For more information on the Access Card, please click here.

Dress Code

We have no formal dress code! Many customers do choose to dress up for a fun night out, but feel free to be more relaxed in jeans and shirts/t-shirts. The only rule we have is that your appearance has to be of an acceptable standard and not likely to offend other customers.

Please contact reception inside the casino to change these details. They may need valid photo ID to verify any changes.

This is a target value that you want to achieve with your rewards points. This could be the value of a voucher or piece of Hippodrome merchandise available on the store screen for example. It’s entirely up to you.

As we are a casino we are required by law to verify our customers details. Currently that can only be done by reception within the casino.

Non Hippodrome Rewards members can modify their profile details until they become a Hippodrome Rewards member.

Usually caused by a poor internet connection, your purchase has gone through but the Hippodrome Member App could not download your voucher receipt. Please view the voucher screen within the app and pull down to refresh and receive your voucher receipt.

We could not process your order. This usually occurs due to lack of or poor internet connection. Please try again later.

When you make a purchase through the Hippodrome Member App you will receive a receipt in the form of a voucher. If you no longer require what you purchased before you have redeemed your voucher then please take the voucher receipt to the reception desk inside the casino and explain that you no longer require this purchase. They will scan your voucher and process a refund for you which will return your points back to your account and cancel the voucher receipt.

If you make a purchase using your rewards points from within the Hippodrome Member App the app will issue you a voucher as a receipt for your purchase. The voucher will be displayed inside the voucher screen. Pull down to refresh if it is not displayed.

Next time you visit the casino please take your voucher to the location detailed in the voucher description to redeem it for the product that you purchased.

At this stage you can only use rewards points to make purchase from within the Hippodrome Member App. If you wish to buy merchandise using money then please visit reception inside the casino.

Hippodrome Rewards products / vouchers are only available using your accumulated rewards points. As your rewards points increase Hippodrome Rewards product become available to purchase using your points. The number of products available to you with your current number of rewards points is displayed over the shopping cart icon at the bottom of the Hippodrome Member App.

Please follow the instructions displayed in the panel for each voucher for how to redeem. Please also make yourself aware of any specific terms and conditions and validity restrictions relating to each voucher.

Vouchers are displayed in a different colour if you have not opened the voucher screen since the voucher was created. This is just so you can visually see which vouchers are new.

The vouchers screen updates automatically every five minutes while the Hippodrome Member App is open. However you can manually refresh your vouchers by pulling the voucher screen down and releasing. A loading bar is displayed at the top of the screen while your voucher details are updating.

Vouchers are issued for various reasons including promotions and as receipts for purchases made using Rewards points to name a couple. When you receive a new voucher you will receive a notification if they are enabled on your device and you will see the number of vouchers you have appear in the bar at the bottom of the Hippodrome Member App.

The Hippodrome Member App refreshes it’s data every five minutes automatically when the app is open.

You can manually refresh the data displayed at any time by pulling the rewards screen down and releasing. A loading bar is displayed at the top of the screen while your rewards details are updating.

Note: In most cases your points values will be a few seconds behind game play inside the casino but your points values may take a few minutes to fully reflect their real values and is dependent on a reliable internet connection.

Please contact reception inside the casino to change these details. They may need valid photo ID to verify any changes.

Your Hippodrome Rewards details are linked to your Hippodrome Member App account automatically in the background when you create an account. However if your Hippodrome Rewards account details are not up to date or are incorrect this may not work.

To manually link your Hippodrome Rewards membership to the Hippodrome Member App please tap the I HAVE A HIPPODROME REWARDS CARD button at the bottom of the rewards screen and enter your Member number and Date of Birth. This will link your Hippodrome Rewards membership to the Hippodrome Member App log in.

If this manual linking does not work please contact reception inside the casino to update the Hippodrome Rewards email address to that used to log into the Hippodrome Member App. This will link your Hippodrome Rewards membership to the Hippodrome Member App log in.

Please visit the Welcome Desk inside the casino to ask them to take a new photo of you. Next time your open the Hippodrome Member App it will update.

Photos are only displayed for Hippodrome Rewards members. If you are a Hippodrome Rewards member and your photo is not being displayed please pull down on the rewards screen to refresh the data displayed. This will request your photo from our servers again.

This message is displayed if the Hippodrome Member App believes that you are a suspended, excluded or self excluded member. Please contact reception within the casino for them to investigate.

Something went wrong when we were logging you in. The most likely cause of this error is a poor or intermittent internet signal. Please try logging in again.

This is almost always due to an internet connection issue. Please restart your app and attempt to log in again, maybe from a different location or where the internet signal is more reliable.

Occasionally you may receive this message if we are performing maintenance in the background or we are experiencing a technical issue.

To ensure that the Hippodrome Member App has the best chance of a successful log in please ensure that the app is not running in the background on your device before restarting.

Your email address and / or password do not match those we have stored. Please enter the correct log in details or use the password reset option by tapping on RESET over the password field.

This is because your device does not have a security pin enabled. Please activate this feature on your device to allow the Hippodrome Member to remain logged in.

Tap the bottom right menu icon from within the app to display the log out option. Tap to log out.

Open the app and enter the email address and password that you provided when registering.

Once you have logged in the app will remain logged in until your log out again.

If you select REMEMBER ME your email address will be remembered by the app when you are logged out so that you will only need to re-enter your password.

You do not need to be a current Hippodrome Rewards member to register for a Hippodrome Member App account.

In fact we suggest installing the Hippodrome Member App before you visit and completing the in app Hippodrome Rewards membership pre registration form so that your membership can be fast tracked once inside the casino.

Registration is a three step process. As you will gain access to your Hippodrome Rewards account we need to verify your details before completing your registration in the app.

Step 1.

On the first screen you must provide your current functioning and a valid email address and confirm it. If you are a Hippodrome Rewards member then you also have the option to provide your member number and date of birth. Your member number is displayed on the bottom left of your membership card on the side which displays your rewards tier colour, e.g. Gold.

You will also need to read and agree to our Hippodrome Member App Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Tap REGISTER to move to the second stage of the registration process.

Step 2.

You will receive an email from us to the email address that you provided. Open the email in the email client on your device and then click on the big blue COMPLETE REGISTRATION button. This will open the Hippodrome Member App to complete your registration.

Note: Clicking the COMPLETE REGISTRATION button from an email client on a computer will take you to our website to complete registration.

Step 3.

Complete the details requested in the displayed form.

It is important that you enter the correct Date of Birth to ensure that your Rewards membership can be linked to your Hippodrome Member App account.
