Heliot Restaurant Reservations Terms & Conditions

1.1 Tables are available for two hours unless otherwise stated, after which they will be rebooked.
1.2 Please email [email protected] or call 0207 769 8844 to reserve a table for longer
1.3 We respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at your reservation time. If you are expecting to be late please contact us on 0207 769 8844 to notify us.
1.4 If you wish to have a drink before your reservation we ask that you arrive earlier than your reservation time or reschedule your reservation.
1.5 It is your responsibility to make yourself known to Hippodrome Casino restaurant staff upon arrival.
1.6 Bookings for 8 or more will require a debit or credit card pre authorisation to accept the reservation.
1.7 All Hippodrome Casino restaurant guests must be 18 years old or over and be able to provide valid ID proving their age at the time of the reservation.
1.8 All Hippodrome Casino restaurant guests must not have enrolled in the Self-Enrolment National Self Exclusion scheme (SENSE).
1.9 All Hippodrome Casino restaurant guests must not have enrolled in the Hippodrome Casino local self-exclusion scheme.
1.10 All Hippodrome Casino restaurant guests must have a valid registration and not be suspended from the Hippodrome Casino.
1.11 Hippodrome Casino reserves the right to refuse anybody entry into the Hippodrome Casino without reason.
1.12 Animals are not permitted into the Hippodrome Casino except for registered disabled assistance.
2.1 If you do not require your reservation you must notify us at least 30 minutes prior to your reservation either on 0207 769 8844 or OpenTable if you reservation was placed with them.
2.2 For reservations of 8 or more people you must notify us at least 4 hours before your reservation if you no longer require the reservation either on 0207 769 8844 or via OpenTable if you reservation was placed with them.
2.3 Hippodrome Casino reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time without notice or reason. In the unfortunate event Hippodrome Casino needs to cancel your reservation Hippodrome Casino will endeavour to re-reserve you a table at a mutable convenient time and date.
2.4 Hippodrome Casino cannot be held liable for any costs including but not limited to travel and accommodation in relation to any Hippodrome Casino cancelled reservation.
3.1 Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific tables or tables in specific areas, however we will do our best to accommodate requests.
4.1 Unfortunately Hippodrome Casino cannot guarantee that a particular menu item will be available at the time of your reservation. All menu items are subject to availability at the time of your order.
4.2 Hippodrome Casino reserves the right to withdraw menu items at any time without notification.
5. FOOD SAFETY
5.1 We respectfully ask that food that has not been prepared by our kitchens is not consumed within Hippodrome Casino restaurants.
5.2 Please contact us in advance if you wish to provide and consume a celebratory cake for consumption within the Hippodrome Casino restaurants. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but this cannot be guaranteed. If we do accept consumption of a celebratory cake, Hippodrome Casino accepts no responsibility or liability for it’s contents, safety or allergy content.
5.3 We cater for most dietary requirements and have strict polices in place for customers with food allergies. These policies are available upon request.
5.4 We are happy to respond to any specific requests for further information regarding allergens in our kitchens prior to your visit.
5.5 All Hippodrome Casino restaurant managers, wait staff, chefs and kitchen staff are fully trained on the Hippodrome Casino allergen policy and any questions can be answered prior to orders being taken.
7.1 Hippodrome Casino makes no warranties or representations of any kind in relation to the reservation service, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties or conditions of performance, completeness, suitability, safety, timeliness, accuracy, reliability, satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, except to the extent it is not possible by applicable law to exclude such things or to the extent such things are expressly contained in these terms and conditions.
7.2 Hippodrome Casino will not be liable for:
a. any technical or access issue, failure, malfunction or difficulty that might hinder or prevent a reservation
b. any event which may cause the reservation service to be disrupted or corrupted
c. any inaccuracy or error within the reservation service
d. any virus, Trojan horse, worm or other malicious or corrupted computer code or data files which may be transmitted via the reservation service
7.3 Hippodrome Casino shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions for:
a. loss of actual or anticipated profit
b. losses caused by business interruption
c. loss of goodwill or reputation
d. any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense loss or damage
even if such cost, expense loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the parties and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
7.4 Hippodrome Casino’s liability under or in connection with its provision of the reservation service or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the reprovision of the reservation service.
8.1 You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Hippodrome Casino from and against any and all losses, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal fees), claims, damages and liabilities incurred by Hippodrome Casino arising out of or in connection with any claim by a third party resulting from your use of the reservation service or from any violation of these terms and conditions by you, save where caused by Hippodrome Casino’s negligence or breach of these terms and conditions by Hippodrome Casino.
9. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
9.1 Hippodrome Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the reservation service, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice
a. to repair or maintain the reservation service
b. to update, upgrade or improve the reservation service from time to time
c. due to the occurrence of any circumstances beyond Hippodrome Casino’s reasonable control
d. where Hippodrome Casino believes you are or may be in breach of these terms and conditions
e. otherwise, at Hippodrome Casino’s sole discretion
10.1 If any provision of these terms and conditions is held for any reason to be ineffective or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these terms and conditions or these terms and conditions as a whole.
10.2 No waiver by Hippodrome Casino shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.
10.3 A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no rights under or in connection with them by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
11. GOVERNING LAW
11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by English law and you and Hippodrome Casino submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in respect of any dispute arising under or in relation to them.
