
HIPPODROME SLOTS CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
1.1 The Slots Club (“the Programme”) is an exclusive rewards programme operated by The Hippodrome Casino Limited (“the Hippodrome”, “we”, “us”, “our”) for qualifying slot machine players.
1.2 The Programme operates in conjunction with, but separately from, the Hippodrome rewards programme.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND MEMBERSHIP
2.1 Membership to the Slots Club is by invitation only and is extended at the sole discretion of the Hippodrome.
2.2 To qualify for membership, players must meet minimum criteria as determined by the Hippodrome from time to time.
2.3 The standard invitation criteria required is an Average Daily Theoretical (“ADT”) of £200.00
2.4 Only play on slot machines is eligible for participation in the programme. Play on Electronic Roulette and all other electronic gaming machines or table games is expressly excluded.
2.5 All invited players must hold a valid Hippodrome Rewards card and agree to the terms of the Hippodrome Rewards Programme and the Hippodrome Slots Club.
2.6 Players will be invited to receive marketing communications from the Hippodrome as part of the registration process; however, this is not a condition of membership.
2.7 The Hippodrome reserves the right to refuse membership or withdraw invitations at its sole discretion.
3. TRACKING AND ELIGIBILITY FOR REWARDS
3.1 All rewards are issued based solely on carded play. Players must insert their valid Hippodrome rewards card into the slot machine to be eligible for rewards.
3.2 Untracked or anonymous play is not eligible for any rewards under the Programme.
3.3 Rewards will be generated and distributed manually during gameplay.
3.4 Carded play will generate random rewards using epicentral software.
3.5 Carded play will generate “piggy bank” bonus awards, based on specific criteria such as
-Turnover
-Number of visits
-Time of day
3.6 Members will be assessed regularly to ensure continued eligibility for the Programme.
4. REWARD STRUCTURE
4.1 The Slots Club is not a tiered programme; however, the value and type of rewards issued are influenced by the member’s current tier status within the Hippodrome Rewards Programme (Gold, Diamond, Platinum, Black or Tribune).
4.2 Rewards may be issued on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, depending on individual player activity.
4.3 Registration Bonus
Upon successful registration to the Slots Club, each member will receive a one-time £10 cash match voucher. This voucher will be issued either:
At card-in for existing members of the Hippodrome Rewards Programme; or
On the member’s next visit if a new sign-up.
4.4 Instant Rewards
During carded gameplay on eligible slot machines, members may receive “Instant Rewards” including, but not limited to:
- Free Play: ranging in value from £10 to £100, allocated according to the member’s Loyalty Scheme tier at the time of issuance.
- Cash Match Vouchers: ranging in value from £10 to £100, allocated according to the member’s Loyalty Scheme tier at the time of issuance.
- Complimentary Food and Beverage: ranging in value from £5 to £200, redeemable from the 24-hour menu or at one of the Hippodrome restaurants.
- Complimentary Merchandise: available from the Hippodrome shop.
4.5 The type, frequency, and value of rewards are subject to change without notice.
4.6 Specific promotions forming part of the Slots Club may vary in terms of prizes, free play amounts, and other rewards.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
5.1 All promotions and rewards offered as part of the Slots Club are ongoing but may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of the Hippodrome.
5.2 The Hippodrome reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes through marketing communications or signage within the casino.
5.3 Rewards issued under the Programme are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where expressly stated.
5.4 Free Play and Cash Match vouchers are subject to expiry dates as specified at the time of issuance.
5.5 The Hippodrome reserves the right to cancel or withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions or the Hippodrome’s House Rules.
5.6 Any dispute arising from participation in the Slots Club shall be resolved in accordance with the Hippodrome’s standard complaints procedure.
5.7 Members must be aged 18 or over and able to provide valid photographic identification upon request.
5.8 Participation in the Programme is subject to the Hippodrome’s House Rules and the terms of the Hippodrome Rewards Programme.
5.9 The Hippodrome operates under a licence issued by the UK Gambling Commission. Customers can seek assistance with gambling-related concerns through GamCare, GambleAware, or the Hippodrome’s responsible gambling team.
6. DATA PROTECTION
6.1 Personal data collected as part of the Slots Club will be processed in accordance with the Hippodrome’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
6.2 By joining the Programme, members consent to the Hippodrome processing their gaming activity data for the purposes of reward allocation and programme administration.
