What's On

Join us for a screening of two short films, 'The Fishing Trip' & 'La Der Des Der', which will be hosted by comedian, Les Blair, and will include a Q&A from both directors. Ticket includes glass of prosecco on arrival.

The Fishing Trip

This is a story of a couple trying to come to terms with a tragic event and the effect that it has had on their relationship. They take a break from their hectic lives in the city to reconnect, but the cracks are quickly opening.

This is Sean Berry's debut as writer and director and he hopes to continue to explore this new avenue with future projects for stage and screen.

La Der Des Der

If the last soldier of the First World War was miraculously still alive, and he wanted to free himself from the terrible burden that kept him alive... Come and discover Simon Rosenberg's secret...

Patrice Guillain first learnt the techniques of cinema as a film grip, and then becoming a technical advisor for weapons on blockbusters, with stars such as Robert De Niro & Dennis Hopper. Patrice also went on to pursue his dream of becoming an actor. It is, however, as writer & director that he introduces to you his latest short film, 'La Der Des Der'.
