1. Promotion Details:

• Vouchers can only be redeemed Thursday 16^th April – Thursday 14^th May 2026.
• Customers who do not have a Hippodrome Casino membership must show the email they have received at the Welcome Desk and sign up for membership. They must take the cash match voucher they receive from the Welcome Desk and redeem at the cash desk.
• Damaged or spoiled vouchers will be deemed invalid.
• The Hippodrome Casino is unable to provide duplicate vouchers for lost or damaged Cash Match vouchers.
• Current Hippodrome Casino members who receive the email will be unable to redeem the voucher.

2. Redeeming Vouchers:

• Participants should be able to demonstrate that the Cash Match voucher belongs to them by producing their Hippodrome Rewards card, or card within The Hippodrome Rewards App.
• Customers must stake £20 to receive their Cash Match voucher.
• Cash Match promotional vouchers can only be redeemed on Slot machines.
• Cash Match vouchers are not valid on live gaming tables, or any Poker Deck games.
• Cash Match vouchers are redeemable only on the dates marked on the voucher.
• Expired vouchers cannot be reclaimed.
• Vouchers are not transferable.
• All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
• Cash Match vouchers can only be redeemed when customer funds are staked to the voucher value.

3. General:

• All participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter.
• All participants must be registered with the Hippodrome Rewards Programme. Replacement Hippodrome Rewards cards can be obtained at any Welcome Desk
• If the winners fail to follow the rules of the promotion or there is, at the Hippodrome’s sole discretion, a health and safety or social responsibility risk, the promotion will be cancelled.
• It is the participant’s sole responsibility to ensure that their Hippodrome Rewards card is correctly inserted into the gaming machine to earn rewards points.
