NETELLER VIP BENEFIT SCHEME
To participate in the Neteller VIP Benefit Scheme the following criteria need to be met.
Current Neteller customers who qualify for Silver, Gold, Platinum or VIP Diamond levels are eligible to be fast tracked through the Hippodrome Rewards loyalty Programme and are entitled to a sign up bonus and continued benefits according to the benefit level assigned to them.
1.Neteller Silver = Hippodrome Rewards Platinum membership
2.Neteller Gold = Hippodrome Rewards Black membership
3.Neteller Platinum = Hippodrome Rewards Tribune membership
4.Neteller VIP Diamond = Hippodrome Rewards Tribune membership
Any member who does not fulfil the tier requirements can be offered membership at a lower tier. Members will be notified if the member has given permission for their address to be used. If not the Hippodrome will endeavour to inform a member on their next visit. Members can pick up their new card at reception.
To retain the Hippodrome Rewards level established via Neteller VIP level, customers are required to initially meet the following criteria
1.Neteller Silver = Transfer or stake £2,500 within their first 3 visits
2.Neteller Gold = Transfer or stake £5,000 within their first 3 visits
3.Neteller Platinum = Transfer or stake £7,500 within their first 3 visits
4.Neteller VIP Diamond = Transfer or stake £10,000 within their first 3 visits
Even chance betting is not allowed to establish stake level
General Terms & Conditions of Neteller VIP Benefit Scheme:
- To redeem this offer, customers must email firstname.lastname@example.org to organise their first visit, this must be completed before visiting the Hippodrome Casino in order to receive the benefits attached to the offer
- Customer will not receive any benefits if they haven’t contacted prior to visiting the Hippodrome, failure to contact previous to the first visit will result in membership being granted at Gold level, contact will then need to made through the correct channel to complete the offer.
- Customers must be at least 18 years of age to participate
- ID must be provided on registration
- Membership of the Hippodrome Loyalty Programme (the “Programme”) is free
- Employees of the Hippodrome Casino are not eligible for the Programme
- Only one membership of the loyalty Programme per person is permitted
- Membership of the Programme is for individuals only
- Hippodrome Casino reserves the right to deny or withdraw any participation in the Programme or a customers’ application
- Membership and benefits are not transferable
- It is a customer’s responsibility to notify Hippodrome Casino of any changes to their details, including, but not limited to, their change of name and address
- All benefits and rewards are subject to availability
- The benefits of the Programme are intended for the use of the person listed on the account
- Cards may be used to track, play and accumulate points by the account member only
- Points can only be earned and redeemed at the Hippodrome Casino
- Points can be earned for all tracked slot/electronic machines, Roulette and card tables, restaurant, bar and entertainment
- In the event of death this will result in cancellation of the Programme membership and forfeiture of the available points balance.
