Butchery Masterclass & 3 Course Steak Dinner


Take an exclusive look behind the scenes of central London’s Heliot Steak House with a fascinating ‘Meat Masterclass’ hosted by one of the capital’s leading steak chefs, Ioannis Grammenos.

You will be taken through the art of cooking the perfect steak with an immersive session in one of the busiest kitchens in the capital, judged the Best Steak House in London by the customers of Bookatable, Europe’s most popular reservations website.

The Meat Masterclass will include a demonstration on all essential butchery skills, including suggestions on how best to use each cut of steak.

Ever wondered why fillet steak is considered the finest cut? Or what to do with skirt? Ioannis will be on hand to answer your questions.

Following the Masterclass you will sit down to sample the steaks you’ve just learnt about, with a sumptuous three-course meal cooked by Ioannis and his award-winning team. Your meal will also include handpicked wines, chosen by the Heliot Steak House’s resident sommeliers.

All Masterclasses start at 6pm and include the following:
  • Welcome Drink (either a glass of champagne or a cocktail)
  • Butchery Masterclass with our Executive Chef, Ioannis Grammenos
  • 3 course dinner & wine pairings in the Heliot Steak House
