In 2015 we launched the most rewarding loyalty program in the UK casino industry, Hippodrome Rewards. This program allowed us to reward you for your patronage and ensure that you felt recognised as the most valuable member of our family, our customer. Since then you have shared with me and other members of The Hippodrome family valuable feedback regarding how to make the program even better, and we’ve heard you. I hope on July 3, 2017 you’ll agree that we have acted upon your suggestions.
Because you have patronized The Hippodrome in the past, please consider this as a look behind the curtain on what incredible new features we plan to roll out in early July. First, a new and interactive way to measure your membership level. And finally, we are diligently working on new partnerships that will allow you to earn trips, based on your membership level, to incredible destinations throughout the world alongside a host of enhanced current benefits.
