Rachelle Ann Go (Miss Saigon; Upcoming: Les Misérables) will join acclaimed songwriter Scott Alan for his two-week residency at The Hippodrome Casino. Joined by special guest and Les Misérables co-stars Rob Houchen (Marius) and Bradley Jaden (Enjolras), Go will sing through Alan’s extensive songbook in a night filled with heartfelt songs and the stories behind them.
Rachelle Ann Go, soon to be seen as Fantine in West End’s Les Misérables, is a well- known pop music artist and actress from the Philippines. She recently played the role of Gigi to great acclaim in Cameron Mackintosh’s new award-winning production of Miss Saigon at the Prince Edward Theatre in London’s West End, winning both the Whatsonstage award for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical and theBroadwayworld.com Award for Best Featured Actress in a New Production of a Musical. She began her career after she won the Grand Prize in the reality talent search Search For A Star in 2004. Since then, she has headlined concerts locally and internationally, recorded seven albums, which became certified gold and double platinum records. Go is recognized as an international award singer, having won the Silver Prize award for her song, From The Start, at the Shanghai Music Festival 2005 and Best Own song, Isang Lahi, at the Astana International Song Festival 2005 in Kazakhstan. A recipient of various awards from MTV Pilipinas, MYX Music Awards and the Awit Awards. Rachelle has appeared in various popular shows on Philippine television. She made her theater debut as Ariel in the Atlantis Production of Disney’s Little Mermaid in 2011, which earned her the Best Actress Award for a Musical in the Broadway World Awards. This was followed by another Disney heroine role where she played Jane Porter in the musical adaptation of Tarzan in 2013. She also collaborated with Disney this year by singing the theme song of the new live action movie Cinderella , A Dream Is A Wish Your heart Makes, and promoting the movie in the Philippines.

On May 24th, 2012 Alan’s compositions, ‘It’s Good to See You Again’ was featured on the premiere episode of the ninth season of So You Think You Can Dance.
