Hippodrome Casino Ltd is a socially responsible casino operator; the Directors all have decades of experience within the gaming industry and they are committed to maintaining the highest standards of social responsibility to support crime prevention, fairness in gaming, protection for vulnerable persons, and the prevention of alcohol or drugs abuse. The company is fully committed to training its staff to watch out for problems at all times and to encourage social responsibility. Hippodrome Casino Ltd also lends its support at charitable fund raising events. Our most important charitable work is with GamCare, the national charity for problem gamblers - indeed our Chairman Simon Thomas is also a Trustee of Gamcare. We will support the charity's work through voluntary contributions to the Responsibility in Gambling Trust, which funds treatment, research and education programmes.
We appreciate that some of our customers may wish to restrict their gambling. We will therefore provide a voluntary facility to allow members to suspend their membership for an agreed period.
