Simon Thomas is the seventh generation of his family to work in the leisure industry. With over 17 years Gaming Board Certification, he was the youngest ever President of the British Amusement Catering Trade Association (the largest Trade Association in the Gaming industry) and remains a very proactive member of its principal committee; he was also a member of the equivalent committee of the Bingo Association. His various roles have led to high level involvement with the Government, MPs, the Gaming Commission, DCMS and Customs & Excise. Currently a Director of several companies in the gaming and entertainment industry, he was also Managing Director of Thomas Estates Ltd, one of the main innovators in the UK bingo and amusement industry, which operated many venues including Beacon Bingo in Cricklewood, the largest and most successful Bingo club in the country.

Peter McNally has over 35 years experience working in the UK Casino Industry. He has maintained a long and close working relationship with the Gaming Board of Great Britain through his involvement with the British Casino Association (the Industry's Trade Organisation) and he has been a member of the Council responsible for the Association's liaison with the Gaming Board. He was a Managing Director and Owner/Operator of Capital Corporation (Crockfords Club & The Colony Club), and previously he was Gaming/ Operational Director for London Clubs Ltd, now (LCI), where he started as a croupier and rose through the ranks to take control of the company's overall gaming operation in all its casinos throughout the UK.

David Boden (Non executive). His extensive casino experience is a valuable addition to the team. David has worked in the gaming industry since 1977 and more specifically in casinos since 1996. As Managing Director he was directly responsible for the Rank Group Casino business in the UK and Belgium before taking control of the Rank Group Gaming division and was a main Board Director of the Rank Group PLC.
