Played with a single deck of 52 cards, Three Card Poker is becoming one of the most popular card games. It is simple to play and players do not compete or wager against each other - they play against the dealer, so a good ambiance between them can often develop at the table.

In this game there is the 'Play/Ante' game, where players compete against the dealer to see who has the highest hand, and there is the 'Pair Plus' game, where players wager on whether or not they will be dealt a pair (or better).

As the player is dealt only three cards, the rankings of winning hands differ from traditional Five Card Poker due to the probabilities of being dealt certain hands, which are ranked as follows (highest first):

• Straight Flush. Three cards in the same suit and in a consecutive sequence.
• Three of a Kind. Three of the same cards denomination.
• Straight. Three consecutive cards, in any suit.
• Flush. Three cards in the same suit.
• Pair. Two of the same cards.
• High Card. The highest card in the player's hand.
