How do I apply for a job at The Hippodrome?
The casino is not opening until early 2011 and as such recruitment for employment will not take place until next year. Interested and suitably qualified candidates should please forward their CVs for consideration in Summer 2010, at which time further information on positions will be available.
Will I have to apply for membership?
You will need to become a member so you must complete a registration form either when you arrive at the casino, or you will be able to do this online prior to your visit.
Will I need to provide ID?
You will be required to present ID when you become a member or first visit the premises. Once you have your membership card, that will be the only ID you need.
Please note that as a casino we are legally obliged to verify your identity for certain cash transactions, so we recommend that you bring valid photo ID with you to avoid disappointment or inconvenience.

How old do I have to be to enter the casino?
You must be 21 years of age or over to enter the Hippodrome and recognised forms of proof of age will be required should you be lucky enough to appear aged around 21!
Will there be a cost associated with joining?
No, membership will be free with just a short registration form to complete. Entry to the casino and its gaming areas will be free. There will normally be a charge for access to the cabaret to see the live performances.
If I have lost my membership card will I still be able to enter the casino?
Yes, you can still enter the casino but you will need to report to the Reception desk and request a replacement card.
Can I bring Guests?
You can sign in up to 6 guests on the spot as long as they bring along valid ID. Remember that everyone entering has to be above 21 yrs old and they will need to be able to prove this and also be dressed smartly.
Will you have valet parking?
We will not offer a valet parking facility. There is a drop off entrance in Little Newport Street for limousines and taxis.
Will you have wheelchair access to the casino?
Yes, we will have full wheelchair access. Additionally as the gaming room is on ground floor level, the venue is very convenient for handicapped and less able players. We will also have disabled toilets on all floors.
Dress Code
We will have a dress code that ensures a good standard of attire is required for all customers, to maintain standards.
When will the Hippodrome Casino open?
It is planned to open early 2011 and we look forward to welcoming you then to the Hippodrome, once again taking its place as a world-class venue in the forefront on London's entertainment scene.
